There may be some delay in pick up due to regulations in your area. To maintain social distancing at pick up, donors can leave a signed title inside the glove compartment of the vehicle. We are open and able to pick up donations, and we can do it contact-free. Discuss your preferred pickup process with the towing or pick-up agency when they call to schedule. We are very careful with any information you provide. For states that require smog certificates or safety inspections, you may donate your vehicle without these documents.

Keys can be placed above the visor or under the seat. Your routing and account numbers can be found either by logging in to your financial institution, or by looking at a check. WAMU (88.5 FM) aka American University Radio is the NPR station for Washington, D.C.. All vehicles are considered, running or not. I hope it serves you as well as it served me for the past 8 years. I couldn't bring myself to sell it. As a courtesy, you can wipe down the driver compartment of vehicle for the safety of our drivers. You may qualify for a tax deduction while supporting a great cause!
